Your Motion Results will be delivered to you, along with a corrective exercise plan, with detailed comments explaining YOUR unique strengths, tendencies, imbalances, and/or any dysfunctions.
Schedule with an athletic trainer to evaluate your joint ranges of motion and motor control and learn exercises to improve mobility.
Training and performance, risk of injury and freedom of movement are significantly affected by your joint mobility and joint health. Even when not experiencing pain, your joint mobility can still be dysfunctional. Spend 30 minutes with an athletic trainer to evaluate your joint ranges of motion and motor control as well as learn the exercises you could be doing more often to improve your mobility.
