Work on your health and fitness goals at the Healthe Fitness Center.

Our Centers feature a knowledgeable team of Fitness Specialists and, depending on the Center, an array of other services such as on-site certified athletic trainers, group exercise classes, individual and small group training programs and more. Each Healthe Fitness Center features cardio and strength equipment, free weights, and locker rooms with on-site towel service. Programs, challenges, educational workshops and recreation leagues are also offered throughout the year to keep you motivated and enhance your fitness experience. The World Headquarters fitness center also includes a multi-purpose gymnasium, swimming pool and two racquetball courts. Our Innovations, Realization, Continuous and WHQ Fitness Centers feature Technogym equipment, which uses state-of-the-art cloud-based technology and members everywhere can leverage technology through the MyWellness app to find and track their workouts. Whether you’re new to exercise or want to maintain your good health, the Healthe Fitness Centers have something for you.

The Healthe Fitness Center offers a robust menu of personalized programming for all fitness levels and needs.

JumpStart
Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, increase your balance or improve your cardiovascular endurance, we’ve got a workout program for you! JumpStart is a new, 10-week program designed to help you get started or enhance your workout routine. JumpStart includes five 1:1 sessions with a Fitness Specialist along with the ongoing education and motivation you need to succeed. If you’re looking for structure and accountability when it comes to your workouts, give JumpStart a try!

Healthe Results
For those looking for more focused time with a Fitness Specialist, Healthe Results is the program for you! Meet 1:1 with a Fitness Specialist 3 times per week for a completely personalized workout focusing on your individual goals. With proven training techniques, you’ll be challenged during each workout session and more importantly, get results! Workouts are scheduled in advance so there’s no waiting on equipment or guessing if what you’re doing is correct.

Men in Training
Men in Training is a 10-week small group personalized training program designed to provide a challenging circuit style workout for men. Workouts are offered two days per week and incorporate the camaraderie and accountability of training in a small group setting while learning proper form and lifting technique.

Women on Weights
Women on Weights is a 10-week small group personalized training program specifically designed for women who would like to learn to lift weights and want to feel more confident in the gym. Participants will learn proper equipment set-up and form and technique. Circuit style workouts are offered two days per week and incorporate an encouraging environment of success, motivation and empowerment.
