If you have questions regarding the release of medical records, send a secure message using your Healthe Clinic Portal account to the records request inbox. Submit completed and signed records request forms through the portal to the records request inbox. Allow 7 to 10 business days for record requests to be processed.

Why can't I schedule provider visits online?
In order to serve our members in the most efficient way possible it is necessary for our care coordinators to have primary control of our providers' (PCP) schedules. This ensures that your assigned appointment is most appropriate for your visit reason. This method also creates more visibility to your healthcare needs and ensures nothing important falls through the cracks.

Healthe Clinic Missed Appointment Policy

Missed Appointment Policy

It's Healthe Clinic policy to monitor and manage missed appointments. Any member who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without canceling the appointment in advance is considered a no-show. Members who arrive more than 10 minutes after their original appointment time will be considered to have missed the appointment. Providers may work late members in as time permits, but the missed appointment will still apply. After three missed appointments a member will be charged $10 for any appointment for which they “no-show” within a 24 month period. Due to the high-demand of physicals the policy fluctuates slightly. Additional information is provided below.

A member who consistently fails to arrive for scheduled appointments is considered a chronic no-show. A member who misses more than five appointments may be dismissed from the Healthe Clinic. Minor members who are signed in by a guardian but are not present for their appointment are subject to the missed appointment policy. Members who present unprepared for their appointment (i.e. not fasting when necessary) are also subject to the missed appointment policy.

Physicals
Because of the high demand for Healthe Clinic physicals, members will be charged $50 for each physical appointment missed or not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Billing

Eligibility and service pricing

Oracle Employees and dependents enrolled in an Oracle United Healthcare health plan are eligible for special pricing or coverage for professional services, in-house labs, chiropractic visits, out-of-house labs, pharmacy services and over the counter medications. Employees and/or dependents enrolled in a Oracle-sponsored Kasier, out-of-state UHC health plan, non-Oracle-sponsored health plan (other employer health plan) or private health plan may access the Clinic services. These employees and dependents will be responsible for full Clinic pricing, payment and submission of request for reimbursement from their own health plan.
 
Employees and dependents not enrolled or covered by any health plan or those who are enrolled in Medicare Part B or Medicaid are not eligible for the Healthe Clinic.

Global employees and global Oracle travel

As part of the benefit structure, Oracle employees that live outside the US and are enrolled in a Oracle-sponsored health insurance plan can be seen in the Healthe Clinic while in Kansas City. As we are not set up to accommodate billing for these services on a global scale these charges are covered by Oracle in full.

When receiving prescription medications and/or vaccinations for global Oracle business travel, the employee will pay at time of visit and then must submit for reimbursement.

Labs for HR compliance operations

For employees who must meet requirements for HR compliance operations, the Healthe Clinic will bill the Oracle-sponsored health plan or Oracle directly, as appropriate.

Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover or personal check and can be completed via phone, online, in-person or by mail

Both the Health Center Service Specialists or our Billing Specialist are authorized to accept payments. To pay over the phone please call the Clinic at 816.201.2273, select any location, then option 4. To pay online follow the link on your statement. Be sure to reference your Easy Match code.
